Challenge

Cassie Price-McCoy, General Manager for Services across Australia and New Zealand at GE Healthcare, was navigating high stress, competing demands, and an ever-growing workload. Like many senior leaders, she faced the pressure of trying to do it all—leading operations, managing safety and risk, driving performance, and developing her team—while maintaining a clear head and sustainable energy. The constant context-switching and ambiguity were making it difficult to prioritise, think strategically, and perform at her best.

Approach

Cassie enrolled in the REWIRE for SUCCESS Leadership Coaching Program, built on neuroscience-backed strategies tailored to rewire unhelpful habits and unlock peak mental performance. Together, we combined PRISM Brain Mapping and 360-degree feedback to gain insights into how her brain responded under pressure and what her team truly needed from her as a leader. We then created a custom coaching roadmap focused on energy management, decision-making, emotional regulation, and embedding habits for sustained impact.
