Challenge

Chris Rowe, a dedicated Marketing Executive at Trotec, was dealing with competing priorities from multiple managers, causing him to feel spread too thin. Approach

We designed a 90-Day Growth & Development Program to help Chris align his strategic thinking with his daily tasks, engage key stakeholders earlier, and achieve a healthier work-life balance. The program included:

  • PRISM Brain Mapping: A neuroscience-based profiling tool to identify Chris’s behavioural wiring and clarify what energizes and de-energizes him at work.
  • Vision Board Creation: Chris developed a vision board that broke down his goals and milestones into 30, 60, and 90-day targets to keep him focused on achieving his long-term purpose.
  • Brain-Friendly Coaching Sessions: Four one-hour coaching sessions spaced over 90 days focused on creating a plan to meet his goals, explore options, and track progress in digestible, bite-sized steps.
  • Time Management Strategies: Scheduling time for strategic priorities, known obstacles, and brain breaks to ensure that Chris remained energised and focused on what matters most.
