These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase of, access to, and use of the REWIRE for SUCCESS 90-Day Online Program (“Program”) offered by Rewire for Success ABN 31 920 391 419 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The Program is operated through an Australian website and is available to purchasers worldwide.
PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR ACCESSING THE PROGRAM. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not purchase or access the Program.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and incorporates all applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
1. Definitions
In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:
- “Participant” or “you” means the individual who purchases or accesses the Program.
- “Program” means the REWIRE for SUCCESS 90-Day Online Program, including all modules, materials, community calls, and associated digital content.
- “Program Materials” means all video content, written materials, workbooks, frameworks, tools, activities, and any downloadable resources (including the REWIRE for SUCCESS PDF book) made available as part of the Program.
- “Access Period” has the meaning given in clause 4.
- “Community Calls” means the live group support sessions provided as part of the Program.
- “Intellectual Property” means all intellectual property rights including copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights.
- “Business Day” means a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in New South Wales, Australia.

The individual whose details are provided at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
3. Program Overview and Inclusions
The REWIRE for SUCCESS 90-Day Online Program is a neuroscience-based behavioural change system designed to support improved decision-making, habit formation, and sustainable performance. It is structured as a self-paced, pre-recorded digital program.
3.1 Program Inclusions
Your purchase includes the following:
- Access to 6 online learning modules (comprising video content and interactive “Just Do It” activities)
- An orientation video on how to get the most out of the Program
- A downloadable PDF copy of the REWIRE for SUCCESS book (for your personal use only — see clause 6)
- Access to 3 group Community Calls (hosted monthly, approximately 1 hour each)
3.2 Program Structure and Sequence
The Program is structured to be completed in sequence. For best outcomes, you are encouraged to:
- Complete all 6 modules and associated activities before attending Community Calls
- Apply the tools, frameworks, and activities throughout your 90-day implementation period
- Attend Community Calls to reinforce implementation and maintain accountability
*** Important: The Program is a system designed for active application, not passive consumption. Your outcomes are directly linked to your level of engagement, consistency, and implementation.
4. Access and Duration
4.1 Access Period
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the Program as follows:
- Program Materials: Participants will have access to the Program Materials for up to 12 calendar months from the date of purchase (for the sake of clarity, Participants may complete their Program in 3 months and then have up to 9 months continued access to the Program Materials).
- Community Calls: Participants will have up to 4 calendar months from the date of purchase to attend their 3 Community Calls.
4.2 Personal Use and Non-Transferability
Access to the Program is granted to the individual Participant only. Your access:
- Is personal and non-transferable
- Cannot be shared, sublicensed, assigned, or gifted to any other person
- Is linked to your individual login credentials, which must not be shared
4.3 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a compatible device and stable internet connection to access the Program. We are not liable for any failure to access the Program arising from your technical environment.
4.4 Availability and Modifications
While we will use reasonable endeavours to maintain consistent Program availability, we reserve the right to:
- Temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues
- Modify, update, or improve Program content without notice, provided the core Program inclusions described in clause 3.1 are not materially reduced
- Discontinue Community Calls in exceptional circumstances, with reasonable notice and a suitable substitute offered where possible
We will endeavour to provide advance notice of any planned downtime or significant changes where practicable.
5. Payment
5.1 Price and Currency
The Program is offered at the price displayed at the time of purchase on our website. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified. International purchasers are responsible for any currency conversion costs, bank charges, or foreign transaction fees imposed by their financial institution.
5.2 Payment Method
Payment is accepted via the methods displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Full payment is required before access is granted. Your purchase constitutes a single, one-off payment for the Access Period specified in clause 4.1.
5.3 Taxes
Prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated on our website. International purchasers may be subject to applicable taxes, duties, or levies in their country of residence. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local tax obligations.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our refund policy operates alongside, and does not exclude, restrict, or modify, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy (including a refund, repair, or replacement) if a product has a major failure. These rights cannot be excluded.
6.2 Nature of Digital Content
Because the Program is a digital product delivered online, and access to Program Materials is provided immediately upon purchase, we do not provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You are unable to complete the Program due to personal circumstances (e.g., time constraints, changed priorities)
- You have partially accessed or downloaded Program Materials
- You did not read or understand these Terms and Conditions prior to purchase
- You purchased the Program as a gift for another person (access is non-transferable per clause 4.2)
6.3 Eligible Refund Circumstances
A full refund will be provided if:
- Technical failure: A material technical fault on our part prevents you from accessing the Program and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
- Misdescription: The Program is materially different from what was described in our marketing or these Terms and Conditions
- Major failure under ACL: The Program has a major failure as defined under the Australian Consumer Law
6.4 Refund Requests
To request a refund under clause 6.3, you must contact us within 14 days of the issue arising at: vannessa@rewireforsuccess.com.au, providing your name, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
We will acknowledge your request within 3 Business Days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 Business Days.
*** This clause does not limit your rights under the ACL where a statutory guarantee has not been met.
7. Intellectual Property and Licence
7.1 Ownership
All Program Materials and content within the REWIRE for SUCCESS Program are the exclusive Intellectual Property of Rewire for Success and Vannessa McCamley. This includes, without limitation:
- Proprietary frameworks including F.O.O.D™, D.R.I.V.E™, and all associated models
- All video recordings, audio content, and presentations
- Written materials, workbooks, activities, and tools
- The REWIRE for SUCCESS book (including the downloadable PDF)
- Program structure, curriculum design, and methodology
- Trademarks, brand names, logos, and associated branding
7.2 Licence Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Program Materials solely for your own personal development during the Access Period.
7.3 Prohibited Uses
You must not, under any circumstances:
- Share your login credentials or allow any other person to access the Program using your account
- Reproduce, copy, record, screenshot, or capture any Program content in any format
- Distribute, resell, sublicence, or share any Program Materials with any third party
- Upload, post, or transmit any Program content to any third-party platform (including social media, file-sharing services, or learning management systems)
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Program content
- Use Program content for commercial purposes, including training, facilitation, or delivery to others, without our prior written consent
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying structure or methodology of any Program content
7.4 PDF Book
The downloadable PDF copy of the REWIRE for SUCCESS book is provided for your personal use only. You must not print copies for distribution, share the file digitally, upload it to any platform, or use it in any commercial context.
7.5 Breach
Any breach of this clause 7 may result in the immediate termination of your access without refund, and may expose you to legal proceedings for breach of contract and/or infringement of Intellectual Property rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable State and international laws.
8. Community Calls
8.1 Nature of Community Calls
The Community Calls are group-based support and accountability sessions. They are not:
- Individual or 1:1 coaching sessions
- A substitute for professional medical, psychological, or clinical support
- Guaranteed to address every participant’s individual questions or circumstances
8.2 Scheduling and Recording
Community Calls are scheduled in advance and communicated to registered participants. Please note:
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled call, no make-up or replacement call will be provided
- Calls may be recorded at the discretion of Rewire for Success
- If calls are recorded, recordings may be made available to Program participants within a reasonable timeframe following the call
- By attending a Community Call, you consent to being present in a recorded session
8.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling
We reserve the right to reschedule a Community Call in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Where a call is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide a substitute resource or recording.
9. Participant Conduct and Responsibilities
9.1 Participant Obligations
To get the most out of the Program and to maintain a respectful environment for all participants, you agree to:
- Engage honestly and respectfully with other participants and facilitators during Community Calls
- Contribute constructively and professionally to group discussions
- Maintain the confidentiality of what other participants share during Community Calls
- Apply the Program content actively and consistently throughout the 90-day period
- Take personal responsibility for your engagement, progress, and outcomes
9.2 Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Engage in disrespectful, discriminatory, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward any other participant or facilitator
- Share, disclose, or publicise the personal information, experiences, or contributions of other participants without their express consent
- Record Community Calls without prior written consent from Rewire for Success
- Use Community Calls as a forum for the promotion of third-party products, services, or agendas
9.3 Removal for Misconduct
We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to remove a Participant from Community Calls, or to suspend or terminate Program access, in the event of a breach of this clause 9. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
10. Results Disclaimer and Participant Responsibility
10.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Program is designed to provide you with evidence-based tools, frameworks, and a structured approach to support behavioural change. However:
- Results are not guaranteed
- Individual outcomes will vary based on each participant’s personal circumstances, level of engagement, consistency of practice, and commitment to implementation
- The effectiveness of the Program depends on your active and ongoing participation
10.2 Participant Responsibility
You acknowledge and accept that:
- The Program is a tool — your results are determined by how you use it
- You are solely responsible for the choices, actions, and decisions you make as a result of engaging with the Program
- Passive consumption of the Program content without active implementation is unlikely to produce the desired outcomes
*** This is a system that requires your active commitment. The science works — but only if you do.
11. Health, Medical, and Wellbeing Disclaimer
11.1 Educational Purpose Only
The Program content is based on neuroscience, leadership research, and applied behavioural principles. It is provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
11.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
The Program does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Psychological or psychiatric advice or therapy
- Clinical mental health support or crisis intervention
- Legal, financial, or other professional advice
11.3 Your Responsibility to Seek Professional Support
If you are experiencing or suspect you may be experiencing any physical or mental health condition, you must consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating in the Program. We strongly encourage you to seek appropriate professional support wherever it is required and not to delay or disregard professional advice on account of anything contained in the Program.

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 ACL Preservation
Nothing in this clause limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.2 Exclusion of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewire for Success and Vannessa McCamley exclude all liability for:
- Any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Program
- Loss of income, revenue, business, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, or opportunity
- Any decisions made or actions taken based on Program content
- Personal injury or health outcomes arising from your participation in the Program
- Technical issues, interruptions, or loss of data arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
12.3 Cap on Liability
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law (including under the ACL), our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Program is limited to the amount you paid for the Program.
12.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rewire for Success and Vannessa McCamley from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) your breach of this Agreement; (b) your breach of any applicable law; or (c) any third-party claim arising from your use of the Program Materials in an unauthorised manner.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
13.1 Privacy Act Compliance
Rewire for Success handles your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement, is available at our website.
13.2 International Participants
The Program is available to participants worldwide. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data is handled in a manner consistent with applicable data protection laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)). By purchasing the Program, you consent to your personal data being processed and stored in Australia.
13.3 Use of Your Data
Personal information collected from you will be used to:
- Process your purchase and provide Program access
- Send you program-related communications and updates
- Improve our programs and services
- Comply with our legal obligations
We will not sell your personal information to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13.4 Community Call Privacy
You acknowledge that Community Calls are group sessions attended by multiple participants. You must not share, publish, or disclose information shared by other participants in those sessions. Recording of Community Calls by participants is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
14. Force Majeure
We will not be in breach of this Agreement, nor liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations, where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, pandemic, natural disaster, war, government action, internet outages, cyber-attack, or failure of third-party service providers. In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to resume performance as soon as practicable.
15. Termination and Suspension
15.1 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Program immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach any provision of this Agreement
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of your account
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination for breach, you will not be entitled to any refund.
15.2 Termination by You
You may cease using the Program at any time; however, no refund will be provided except in the circumstances set out in clause 6.3.
15.3 Survival
Clauses 7 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 14 (Force Majeure), and 18 (Governing Law) survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.
16. Variations to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will take effect when published on our website. Your continued access to the Program following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes via the email address associated with your account.
17. Dispute Resolution
17.1 Good Faith Resolution
If a dispute arises in connection with this Agreement, you agree to first contact us at vannessa@rewireforsuccess.com.au to seek resolution in good faith before commencing any legal proceedings. We will endeavour to respond to your dispute notice within 10 Business Days.
17.2 Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may refer the matter to mediation through a mutually agreed mediator or, failing agreement, through the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC).
17.3 Consumer Rights Not Affected
This clause does not affect your rights to contact a consumer protection agency, including the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) or a relevant State consumer affairs body.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
International purchasers acknowledge that by purchasing the Program, they are contracting with an Australian entity and agree to the application of Australian law, without prejudice to any consumer rights they may hold under their local laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. General Provisions
19.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement (together with our Privacy Policy) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Rewire for Success with respect to the Program and supersedes all prior representations, communications, or arrangements, whether written or oral.
19.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19.3 Waiver
A failure or delay by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A single or partial exercise of any right or remedy does not preclude any other or further exercise.
19.4 Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or novate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement to a related entity or successor without your consent, provided the Program continues to be made available to you on the same or equivalent terms.
19.5 Relationship of Parties
Nothing in this Agreement creates, or is intended to create, a partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between the parties. You are an independent consumer accessing the Program on the terms set out in this Agreement.
20. Participant Acknowledgement
By completing your purchase of the REWIRE for SUCCESS 90-Day Online Program, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms and Conditions in full prior to purchase
- You understand and accept your rights and obligations under this Agreement
- You are 18 years of age or older, or are accessing the Program with the consent of a parent or legal guardian
- You are purchasing the Program for your own personal development and not on behalf of any other individual (except where expressly agreed with us in writing)
- You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your active participation and implementation
- You agree that this Program does not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical advice, and that you will seek appropriate professional support where required
